Return policy

All sales are FINAL. We only accept exchanges. Please take a look at refund and exchange policies for any questions.

 

Exchange policy

Contact us at BFKCollection@outlook.com, please make sure to include the order number, name on the order and a picture of the item(s).

No return or exchange for all overseas orders.
No return or exchange on all items purchase on sale.
No return or exchange on all white items.
No return or exchange on all swimwear, bodysuits, bralette and intimate clothing.
No return on major sales such as Black Friday, Christmas or New Year’s Eve.

-For your items to be eligible for return we must be contacted 72 hours after your package say delivered.

-To be eligible for store credit all products must be unused and unwashed. The tags must be attached to the garment/s. Lastly, the item(s) must be in the same condition it was received.

-Once your return is received and inspected, we will charge a 10% restocking fees for all return items.
Maximum returns is $500.
You will be notified through email of why or why not your return was applicable.
If return was approved we will refund you in form of store credit, even exchange or exchange.
-We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
All returns/exchanges must go through USPS. We are not responsible for any shipping fees. Shipping are non-refundable.

All original fees are un-refundable.

Please contact us for a shipping address (email with the subject-EMERGENCY NEEDS OF SHIPPING ADDRESS).

Insurance for you- we advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for orders over $50.

All refunds are made through an unexpired BFK Collection E-Gift card.

 

For all exchanges, you must contact us three days after receiving your package, you must ship it within two days after we provide you with our return information, we must receive it within 10 days after you ship it.

IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE IT WITHIN THAT TIME PERIOD WE WILL NOT PROCESS THE EXCHANGE.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RE-SHIP FEES.
